HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 4–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Yes. Swimelle ships to many countries worldwide.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on destination.


WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.


HOW DOES THE ONE SIZE FIT WORK?

Our One Size designs are made using flexible cuts and comfortable materials that adapt to multiple body types.

Most One Size products comfortably fit sizes XS to L.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer guaranteed.


WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us immediately.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Swimelle cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
